Cannot connect to EA servers - Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

This is becoming absolutely bigger than ben hur to say the least. Since just before Christmas I can't access EA servers with the pathetic error message: "Unable to access EA servers at this time BLA...

I'm having same problem bought this game for my son because of doing so well in school and he can't even play I feel so bad for him .I've been looking on these forums all I see is people talking about the problem. Does EA have a solution. I f anyone has a solution can u please let me know .....psn jaynsra
