If you got a disc copy the code will be on a leaflet in the box.

If you bought a copy from Origin, we don't send out a code. Make sure you're logged into the account that you used to make the purchase, and you won't need to enter the code. 

If you're trying to launch from a desktop shortcut and are asked for the code, you're not logged into the right account. Open Origin and log in, and you should be able to launch the game. 

If you bought a code from a 3rd party and didn't receive it, please reach out to that seller.
