The link you gave me if I hit contact options goes to a bad link/page doesn't exist. If I try the other options just from that page not following your link it either leads to no where "Sorry, no channels available" or right back here to Answers HQ. There are no chat or phone options anywhere from that support page. The ONLY option that actually leads to an e-mail link is for banned or suspended account. This isn't my case at all. Should I be bothering that dedicated team with this simply because the EA help site is rather garbage? They would have to waste their time sending it to the right person as that isn't what they do. If that is the only answer then I can go down that road but seriously guys that dumpster fire of a support web page needs some fixing.
