Community ManagerWe'll keep an eye out for other reports. For now, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Let me know what happens.
@EA_AljoWill do when I get home tonight, there is several threads and reports of this and it’s a known issue that crops up every now and then (at least by reading the forum here it is).
- @craigf136 There has been a problem affecting European servers for both GW1 & 2, which seems to have now been resolved (see solved thread "Multiplayer issue for 5 days on Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 1") but it's worth noting that in both games you still get error messges saying problem with servers when you load the games. Disregard the messages & go into whichever game (& don't panic if your rank is 1 in GW1, it'll revert to the correct level when you go into a match) & you should get in fine
