I cannot access multiplayer session on my EA games. The server access fails, even though I can start the game without problem. I have tried to restart the router and the PS4 consol, but that did not help. the network quality is good. Edit: Updated the subject to remove Re: from it after moving this thread from a different forum. -CM

@MaisterD72 When exactly is this happening? Also, what is the error message you see?

The problem started a few days ago. I can start the games on my PS4, but when I try to play online with others, I get the error message " unable to join a session, please check your network connection and try again" I have a strong and stable network connection, measured with PS4. The games are Plant Vs Zombies GW 1&2.

@MaisterD72 You posted this on the NHL 23 forums. You're actually playing GW 1 and 2 though? Also, when you restarted your console and modem/router, did you follow the instructions I mentioned?

@MaisterD72 No worries. I moved it for you. Try deleting the personal saved data for these 2 games with these steps. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Garden Warfare 1 and 2 and delete the saved data.

@craigf136 There has been a problem affecting European servers for both GW1 & 2, which seems to have now been resolved (see solved thread "Multiplayer issue for 5 days on Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 1") but it's worth noting that in both games you still get error messges saying problem with servers when you load the games. Disregard the messages & go into whichever game (& don't panic if your rank is 1 in GW1, it'll revert to the correct level when you go into a match) & you should get in fine

@ToastedSarnie Thanks it is working now but it’s infuriating that EA refused to accept there’s a problem and forum support staff haven’t got a clue about.
