@asilverspoon1 Can you provide to me, the platform you play on, and are you using WiFi, Mobile Data or none (if playing on a mobile device)?

- TheSprinter856 years agoHero@asilverspoon1 Ok, thanks for that. Make sure you are logged in to your purchasing Apple ID account and have enough funds in it first of all. If that’s not the issue, try using Mobile Data (and turn WiFi off) just while you try to make the purchase, it may work. If none of these options work, try and login to a different Apple ID (or create another one) and try to make the purchase on that account instead.

I'm getting the same problem on android can't purchase bejeweled classic or remove ad's on google play version this is been going on for months now
