Can't access sticker shop

I have the 360 version and i can't access the sticker shop. multiplayer is fine

    Hello all, we are looking into this issue and would like to ask you to check if you are able to access the Sticker Shop between rounds when you are playing a multiplayer game (not garden ops)?

The sticker shop usually closes automatically when a round is about to start. Is that what you are experiencing or are you not able to access the sticker shop at all?
