Can't Connect to EA servers for PVZ battle for neighborville

I just bought this game for my son yesterday it worked great last night and now today all we get is can not connect to servers try again blah blah blah, well we tried multiple times still nothing and his other games connect to EA with no problem. He's very upset he can't play his new favorite game.

There were some server issues this weekend that have since been resolved. Could you give the game a try again and let me know how it goes for you?

  @EA_Arrenai I got into Giddy Park, bit it kicked me out. I can't get past the title screen. I've reset my router, redownloaded BFN, but still nothing happened. I'm assuming it is a server issue, I've done everything I could on my end. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I may never play Battle For Neighborville again. 😭

    I know you mentioned you're on a Playstation 4. Are you on a Wired or a Wireless connection?
    
    Would you be able to run a UO Trace and attach it to the post here? It can help us determine where the connection is failing.
