Can't Connect to EA servers for PVZ battle for neighborville

Hello. If you are someone who can't connect to the "servers and can't log in. Reply Below! It has been months now since founders! I still can't get into the game on ps4. I have talked ea help, ps4, ...

@EA_Arrenai I got into Giddy Park, bit it kicked me out. I can't get past the title screen. I've reset my router, redownloaded BFN, but still nothing happened. I'm assuming it is a server issue, I've done everything I could on my end. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I may never play Battle For Neighborville again. 😭

Hey there, @k8331i0d954p. Thanks for the update. Let's see if we can figure this out.

I know you mentioned you're on a Playstation 4. Are you on a Wired or a Wireless connection?

Would you be able to run a UO Trace and attach it to the post here? It can help us determine where the connection is failing.

    I'm currently experiencing this same problem on xbox and GW2 has same problem.
    I hope this problem will be fixed soon.
