Comcast/Xfinity. Through exhaustive testing and tinkering, I've eliminated my ISP and Xbox live itself as the problems. It's something on EA's end. When I started a second account (same Xbox one, same modem/router/ISP) I was able to connect with EA's servers. Even after completely wiping my Xbox one to factory default, recovering my gamertag, and reinstalling PvZ GW2, I still cannot join EA servers. Evidently it's account specific and my case has been escalated, as I am now awaiting a response from a different EA tech team. Mildly frustrating is an understatement.
