cant enter the neighborville game on my pc ,but gardenware2 runs well
I have registered my account hardly and then bought this game later .
Now I have downloaded it , but when I click to start it ,
It just display a splash window with easyanticheat logo ,
then the window disappears and back to origin App,
even no black window ,I have tried so many times.
I have formatted my harddisk and reinstall Win10 X64 twice
and repair easyanticheat many times,
I upgraded my GPU driver,but nothing work.
Till now I didn't enter this game's main window.,
I havn't play it even for one minute!
I have try my best. Hardware of My PC ：
Win10 X64 Home Edition
AMD Phenom 9650
8G DDR 2 800
64G SSD+1T WD
GTX 650TI Boost 2G
Gardenware2 runs pretty well on My PC.
I get this game for two weeks but I can't enjoy it till now.
I havn't resolved this question by using resolutions that ILUMINATETHESKY provided in other topics of same questions.

I have solved the problem.
I replaced my motherboard+CPU+memory with biosstar a58ml +amd X4 760K+ddr3 4G,
then I could enter the game properly,but sometimes it just show a blackwindow,I had to restart my PC then everything is OK.
But pcmark score of provious hardware almost equal to my new hardware , so it's strange.
