Cant import old character, cant unlink xbox account. Had to refund
had the original garden warfar on pc. got and xbox one so i figured since i could import characters i would play on xbox one. for some reason my xbox account is already linked to another origin account. they said there is nothing they can do. So i had to call microsoft for a refund. I cant believe the customer service and how u cant unlink an account. I only got gardenwarfare 2 because i was going to be able to bring all of my old unlocks over. Very disappointed and u lost a loyal customer

I can certainly understand the frustration.
Unfortunately with the way the import works is all automatic. The imports from the first Garden Warfare are automatically pulled from the account you're logged into.
If the support team were to un-link your other XBOX account from your EA account all the data you had would be lost in the process so it wouldn't help in this situation anyway.
