can't start pvz gw2

Hi guys. Can you help we with starting PvZ GW2. I bought it 3 weeks ago and had been trying to start game. When I start it I see fist little start-window, then the game trows me away in EA app without any errors.

If I delete Anticheat files, the game will start, idk what to do. This things I've already done.

1) Reinstalling Anticheat

2) Uptade all Drivers

3) Change Windows User

4) Also I turned off all Microsoft services (include defender and anticheat)

5) I don't have the file "cryptbase.dll"

In the manual startup action log, we have error number 87: the parameter is set incorrectly. 

Help please, I think that i've done everything i can.
