Can't upgrade to deluxe edition.

Hi, A while back I had pre-ordered Garden Warfare 2 Deluxe edition, however, we redeemed the digital game code on a different account than the one I use, and if I go to my mailbox, the option is nowh...

    The Deluxe portion is applied to 1 and only 1 account.  When you used it on the first account it got used up it cannot be used on a 2nd account.  You would have to purchase it for that account and being a UK account I think someone had that issue before that they could not get it for UK?  I am not too sure on that one but its a one time use bonus.
