Can't use abilities

In what game mode did the bug occur? Town Center
Summarize your bug I was just running around as 80s action hero and somehow I can't use any of my abilities. And it's saved that way. Restart xbox, nothing. Reload game, nothing. Goatify, nothing. And wouldn't et me use my primary weapon also. At first if had no icons like LB Y and RB. But I went on the launch pad and now the icons are back but still locked. So maybe the bug had something to do with the launch pads. Maybe the sever shut down or crashed when I just went off a launch and it auto saved my character to not using my abilities at all time or what?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe mess with the launch pads or any other way something would remove you being able to use your abilities for a short time?

- @WildFire1231997 Did you try to change your character to Slot 2 or 3 while respawning. That might reset the char.
