Few days ago my game just stopped working properly. I can't move forward and right, can't interact with anything and can't use skills. I've reinstalled and fix in origin game but there is still same problem. How can I fix it?
I've sent a message to see if we can get someone with some PC knowledge to help out on this one.

I just wanted to ask if anybody knows how to fix the glitch in PVZ GW2 that I've come across. My problem is that I cant move my character or shoot also the 3d model doesn't seem to load and also won't appear in character selection. I've tried numerous things but none of them seem to work hopefully someone can fix it, thanks.
Edit: Also always when I close PVZ GW2 I get sent to an endless loading screen
