@GodlyGamerBEAST being a Captain Deadbeard main myself here i am going have to disagree with you here a bit
First cactus close range compared to scurvy scattershot is way better. Comparing their dps(damage per second), Scurvy has 37.05 dps to Cactus close range has a dps of 52. This means that cactus most of the time without any upgrades will always be better at close range than DB at least in a 1v1. These weapons also require a good bit of a aim to be used effectively. Scurvy scattershot does have upgrades to make it better but Cactus doesnt need any upgrades to make her close range better.
Second Petal propeller is a bit more effective than you made it out to be. Yes you are stuck in the air for a few seconds but if you press LB or RB while in the ability you can go down or up. Making cactus slightly harder to hit. anchors away has a slight arm time (DB putting his anchor into his weapon animation) and the anchor does do damage but its extremely inaccurate and the purple circle doesnt do much to help aim the anchor. Plus DB does not go very far and most of the time its better to sprint. Anchors away only good purpose is to get up high places. Petal propeller can be used to get to high places and for movement/escape.
So i am going have to give Cactus 1.5/4 and DB 2.5/4

Better movement ability than DB - 1
Better secondary without upgrades - 0.5
DB:
Better drone - 1
Better secondary with upgrades - 0.5
Barrel blast is better than potato mine - 1
One last thing cactus is a she.
- @Jacob2of3 I said the cactus was a he? i feel so stupid. I had no idea that you could press rb or lb to go up and down while in the abillity, thank you for teaching me that!
