Her abilities are fine, as long as they come at a trade.
I would say, allow her to keep her homing, BUT, anything beyond the range of her arcane enigma only takes 2 dmg, anything within it takes 8. Then drop her hps to 75, and make her much more visible in her arcane enigma state.
After that, fix Ice Rose, she shouldn't be able to completely lock anyone long enough to kill them before they can move (she can nuke my 200 hps during that time).
Her abilities aren't fine. Her stun is 5 seconds long compared to 3 and 2 seconds for the Chomper and Engineer respectively. Goatify lasts for 7 seconds. And then Arcane Enigma just needs to have the ability to deal damage removed.
From my perspective, it's her damage and health that makes her OP. If you go tinkering with hr damage, health, homing, and her abilities, she'll be over nerfed. She SHOULD have great utility, it's her dmg and health on top of that utility that puts her over the top.
By the way, I kill a LOT of Rose's while in Goat form. =)
Exactly, it's only her damage and health and probably homing range that's the problem. The rest is fine, her health should probably be brought down to 100 and reduce her homing range a little.
Her homing needs massive fall off. I've had it curve under a walkway/enclosure, then curve up, and around a corner to hit me and kill me at almost max visible range with 200 hps.
By fall off, her damage needs dramatically reduced (to almost nothing) for anything that isn't right next to her.
