Character Balancing & TTK Update

@Shaun_Popcap These updates as a whole make me happy! Can't wait til Dec for everything to come together.

      The primary damage isn’t increased as it will be. 😊👍

      (The few increases we’ve seen were accidental and almost all other characters should receive primary fire buffs.)
