Character Balancing & TTK Update

So we have to wait another 4-5 days for ttk patch,  and play with these nerfs no one asked for? Yea OK what bs.

@FarQM8 Ya, it's not the best situation but I'm happy some major changes have been made. Part of me wants to put off playing til Tuesday and jump in with both updates.
