Character shown in stickerbook, but not able to use?

Question

I was sent here from customer service and they tried to help but still suggested I make a forum. My problem is; when I go to my stickerbook, it shows I own the Iron Citron character. When I go to the changing room to select the character it doesn`t show up. As if I dont own it at all.

I got the character a few weeks ago and it was working fine. I was able to use it with no problem, but when I stoped playing for a while and got back on this problem happened.&nbsp;

Hi @johnathana100,

Could you please join a screenshot of both the character in the stickerbook and in the changing room. That will help us investigate.

Also are you in the Backyard when this happens?&nbsp;

Were you able to get a fix? I have the same problem on Xbox One but with Sharkbite the pirate character.

Yes, I am at the backyard when this happens. Even when I play any match it still does not appear.

Any update on this I would love a fix it seems like no one is acknowledging this and now I'll never have my unlocked character unless it becomes one of the showcase characters

No. I still have the problem and no one has yet to help me on this problem, sadly.
