Character unable to be seen; unresponsive

Question

Whenever I start up PVZ Garden Warfare 2 and select a plant character, it becomes unresponsive on the plant side of the original map. I cannot see my character, the game isn't frozen, and the only ability my character has is to jump and make noises. I use an Xbox One and have restarted the game and Xbox several times. Please help!

I took a look and tried but I don't believe it's the Xbox. All of my other games work fine; it's just PVZ Garden Warfare 2. I will try again though. Thanks!

@F1R3SPLASH&nbsp;You may have to open the ports for the game, you can find them in the link I posted earlier.&nbsp;

Listen, I have found a solution. Unplug your power supply cord. Then plug it back in. Restart it this way. Your power supply is to the left of the hdmi plug.
