Characters not gaining xp

I have been playing PvZ GW2 and I have been gaining xp and leveling up characters in game, but when I return to the backyard my characters are still stuck on the same level. My daily missions are also reappearing even though I’ve completed them. I have tried restarting the PS4 with no luck whatsoever. Are there anyone else experiencing this or someone who knows how to fix this? (The only thing that’s missing is the xp, I’m still recieving coins and character upgrades. I’ve mainly been playing Turf Takeover.)

    Maybe try saving with the world options thing. It looks like a globe and it should be at both bases. Try to get some xp, save, rejoin the game, and see if the problem is still occurring... There may be a problem with the auto-save for you. If that doesn’t work then idk how else to help.

    @Laveiathan Do you have more than one account, and if so are they all affected the same way? If you only have 1 account your play with can you try creating another as a test?
