Cheaters Discovered a New Way to Hack the Game

I only just saw players using this glitch/hack today, I guess it's fairly new, but it's something Popcap needs to address ASAP.

I was in 2 different games of TT while on the plants team, I was killed by other players using Imps outside the normal map. They were beneath the floor, like in the basement level or something, completely untouchable. I guess they just moved from base to base as the game progressed, shooting up at those above,  killing along the way. I'm uncertain if only Imps can use this exploit, but in a different game, I did hear another player saying that a peashooter was cheating, so it's likely a glitch that multiple characters can exploit. 

I have the name of one of the cheaters, who I hope gets banned. But I'm not sure where to report them. Can I do it here? I know there are some rules about calling out other players, but these cheaters don't deserve to be playing. All they do is ruin the game for everyone else.

Please Popcap fix this glitch before we get into another nightmare situation like when the team swapping glitch was running rampant.

    Well, it really doesn't matter if it's been around for a long while, all it takes is one fairly popular Youtuber to show how it's done, and it will soon be happening in every game. That is what happened with the team swap glitch. I don't want to see that happen again, so it's on Popcap to patch it out.

    Yes. This is actually good and the information should be spread everywhere. The more people use these exploits (it is not cheating), the more likely it is that the devs will fix it.

    I fell through the floor yesterday as a plant but I was still alive. I think it's just a glitch. Hopefully people will continue to play honestly after falling through floors lol

    Unfortunately, these things do get shared around on youtube, and a certain number of players think it's fun to troll the game.  If you know of a specific, repeatable wall or floor glitch, write down as much detail as you can about it, and send a private message to the popcap PvZ team via their twitter account.  Even better if you can provide video footage, that might get the offending player banned as well.
