I have submitted a few tickets as I have come across over 60 cheaters in battlez, however have not heard of any outcome and have come across those same users again.
The annoying thing is the gems required to retain streaks, I just paid 210 gems to retain my streak - so well over 1000 gems paid total due mainly to losses to cheats - are you able to reimburse the gems please?
I have played since the start so it is lucky I built up a war-chest of gems from watching videos, however it is running out very quickly and it is just extremely frustrating that people who just start can cheat for higher level plants and all plants where I have paid money and are not near the same level of plants.

It's not you, it’s us. Actually, it’s our lawyers and consumer law and we don’t want to bore you.
You wouldn’t want us talking to other people about your account, would you?
We would be unable to reimburse any gems and I know that losing can be frustrating but it is not always a case that people are cheating.

I have contacted Customer Support also they claim they have no knowledge of botz but that's what it is botz in the tournament there have not been enough tournaments for anyone to collect enough mints to have their powermints at level 10 additionally I have played against players who have multiple plants all at level 10 this is unnatural as plants would be at veried levels not all plants at an even level 10 therefore we are all being cheated each time we lose our streak and we are being cheated by the game, botz, creators, and Studio! My powers of observation and deductive reasoning are what make up a good electrical technician I have been a electrical technician for over 20 years I am not stupid, nor easily fooled. We are all being dooped
I contacted them today and they offered 100 gems. I basically said how unethical it is for them to basically coerce people to purchase these gems.
Hi, just take a screen shot & save it. When you contact EA through the game (under help) you can open a complaint & there is a option to upload a photo. They don't really do much in my experience.
Well, wouldn't it be nice if there was actually a category for cheating or harassment for PVZ2 Battlez in order to file a complaint? There isn't. I did submit a report under tech support/game performance which seemed like the logical choice. I am also copying and pasting a copy of my complaint below for the public to see.

I have 530 gems in order to retain my win streak after losing battlez to players that are obviously cheating. Maxed out plants or a mixture of maxed out plants and underdeveloped plants send a huge red flag, these accounts have been modified against EA TOS.
I am requesting that I be reimbursed for the gems that I used due to losing to cheating players. It is EA’s responsibility to police their game and provide a safe, fair playing environment. Losing matches also decreased my score and kept me from finishing in a higher place and winning more mints, gems and coins, also I would like to be reimbursed for the 20 gauntlets that I used for these matches against these cheaters.
