Some people are doing give aways.

Tons of twitch streamers are doing give aways.  Please note that if you want one for Sony consoles, they do not work on non North American PS3/PS4 as the codes are region locked on sony

Its a North American promotion, so there are lots of places left out.  I know that people are looking for what can be done for everyone else.  

There are codes being given away on twitch/facebook/twitter.  The codes will work on PC/Xbox for any location but are region locked to North America for Sony.

Can you not just put them in the suburbination dlc for Playstation? I have playstation 4 and live in the Uk, so i can't use the codes because they're region locked! If not that dlc, you should at least make them a free dlc for everywhere! it's not fair to just give it to the USA!
