Chester character pack not downloaded
I redeemed the code for the chester cheetah promotion, but was only able to download the sticker pack and not the character pack. Please help.

After entering the code at www.cheetospvz.com did you happen to select the bottom option(Crazy Pack) rather than the top option(Character Pack)?
