I have been to 10 Target stores and cannot find a bag of Cheetos with the sticker. We looked in the chip aisle and the electronics department. Is there another way to get a code?

Target is the only retailer that's part of this promotion, I'd ask the higher ups at Target, they should know.

I've heard of some people having to request them at Target due to displaying previous stock before bringing out the new ones. If you haven't been asking them about it, it's possible they have the bags with codes in the back.
