Citron discussion, an indirect nerf wise suggestion.

The truth is that, despite of what people thinks, Citron overheat and damage buff didn't made him op. Just made him overplayed and the actual situation is just an over-reaction. He didn't need the damage buff and overheat, i'm just saying that he was ALREADY pretty strong before, but manageable.

The problem with Default Citron is, he was very weak before any upgrades, but he was incredible viable and pretty strong last patch after overheat and damage upgrade.

I think the problem is just the overheat upgrade. All the overheat characters before that are really hard to play.
An easy example is Hockey Star and Goalie one. Before overheat upgrade are complete ****. But once unlocked.. they're "viable"

I'm not saying that they become suddenly Op, but viable.

Pre-patch Citron wasn't a problem. As long as a player that play him without upgrades right now.
Why instead of nerfing him, we just don't nerf the overheat upgrade and buff all characters that need the overheat?

We can nerf a little bit overheat upgrade and buff the default/ice citron overheat in the way, when they stacks, they reach the same overheat they had last patch.

This will nerf the characters potential, but the character will still be fairly playable for new players.

For the damage on splash damage Basic Citron he got last patch i have also a suggestion. Instead of reverting it, we can just nerf the direct hit by 1, as hitting enemies AND more specifically imps is much easier for new player with the splash damage?

This seems a reasonable nerf, but tell me what do you think.

EDIT: for me, a ex-citron main last patch, it's ok even a revert of everything. Don't think i'm asking minor nerfs because i like to destroy and annitilate everyone. I'm disgusted from him right now. I just did a couple of match with him before judging.. and i have the screen too 18 kills, 2 deaths 10 assist, with 16 killing spree the first match, and something similiar the second match.
I had already 2.7 K/D on him last patch, and this having a huge amount of assists too usually.

Yeah, the only nerf that needs to happen is a damage decrease or overheat change.  Also Frozen Citron freezes way too fast now, it is near impossible to fight one without getting frozen in a mere second.
