Citron hyper pack

Question

So I just bought the citron pack that says “this pack contains a citron character and 10 customisations” which cost 150,000 and I didn’t get a citron character. I still have one citronissing from my collection and I’m angry because I was given 15 citron items most of which were common/uncommon and that’s not what I wanted to spend my coins on. Anyone else had this issue? Would prefer the coins back and then give back the citron pieces.

EDIT: I contacted EA and they offered me an enormous coins pack as compensation (75,000 coins) which I accepted but still pretty disappointed that I haven’t got my final citron.

yes they definitely needs to be more clear about these packs, as you see, they confuse a lot of players with the poor description, they should add exception for the legendary characters or pieces, that cannot be obtained from these hyper packs

what is your Final Citron character missing ? i hope is not the Party Citron, if is that, then you cannot get it from the Citron hyper pack.

You cannot get legendary characters from these packs.&nbsp; I think popcap could be doing a much better job making these things clear in the ad copy for the newer packs and upgrades.
