Citron needs powering up
This character has the weakest amount of damage, and moves like a snail! If not giving him more damage per hit, then at least consider speeding up his movement speed or how fast his abillities respond...

He has a ball form for a reason and a ability that makes him move faster in ball form. He could use a slight damage buff on his weapon thou.
