I recently had the same issue on March 26th and 27th with a debit card and a PS4 gift card. I spoke with eight people from Sony within the past three days. The last person I spoke with was directly from head quarters of Sony and he directed me to contact Pop Cap/EA games. The issue is with the digital content. Not one person from Sony could help me resolve this issue.

Same here. And EA is no help either. I just won’t spend my money with them anymore
