#1 & 3 seem to be bugs that will eventually be patched later on in the future.
#2 however, sounds more like a problem for yourself. Try to figure out how to get out of that situation. If you find plants that are rooted, why not jump over them? Furthermore, how do you get stuck in your escape routes because people are in your way? No way all your escape routes are small hallways is it?
