the thing in shooting games is that the guns don't matter a lot of games have the bullets coded to just left of the model or they come from their body/face
Take video, report them in game. If you have gamer tags or even better video, report cheaters directly to /u/mrlingbot on the GW2 reddit with specifics like time, server location, etc..
Cheaters sometimes abound on PC I'm afraid to say, but that's mostly people hacking the game, which may account for your first complaint (someone having hacked to shoot through walls). The particular glitches you mentioned (if I've guessed correctly the location where you were being shot through walls) have been already directly reported since they are being actively exploited, and I've been assured that EA are aware of it.
- @pandareno thank you for the info. I will send a video of the moon base z under map glitch later on. Glitches can be fun in a private game. When you take it to multiplayer though, there should definitely be repercussions.
The moon base under the map glitch has been know about for a long time, I think if they were going to fix it they'd have done it by now. I've been told that they are aware of the newer SOT issue you reported and the glitch that people are using in the end game of GWN. Honestly, I have no idea how seriously they take these, whether they have the time to work on them or just hope that players stop exploiting them.
