You're probably just imagining it - toxic pea has a very large splash radius, which means you can almost always guarantee you will do some damage every shot, even if you and your opponent are jumping around wildly. His consistency makes up for his lower dps, an attribute commando pea unfortunately does not share. :/

Yea, no clue what they were thinking when they designed him :/ Even in gw1 it should have been clear he wasn't going to be work using
