Pff. I'm at rank 2068 and don't have any pieces of any legendary character. Times are tough over here.
I'd go for the 15k packs. You'll get 2 chances for the price of a 35k pack. I got my second legendary hat from one of those packs couple of days ago, though I can't even remember which one it was.
I have around another 700k in coins yet to spend on some packs. Waiting to hit 1 million coins again to try my luck. The only Legendary character piece I have obtained is 1 piece of Toxic Brainz.
I can't wait to get them all.
I too had completely bought out the zombie customizations and continued to buy the packs finally it came up I was glad and I so HATE RNG. I wish game makers would get away from the "RNG" as it is not very friendly. My son has been trying to get Iron Citron and just cannot get the last piece so feel your pain there. I usually don't even buy stickers until I have banked at least a million to do so.
