Solved

Constant PC crashes, usually with no error

As title suggests, constant crashing in all game modes. Had to disable crossfire, as that made me crash a few seconds into every game I joined. With crossfire disabled, I last anywhere from 5 mins to an hour before crashing. Trying mantle instead of DirectX11 made it crash more. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does it have any crash reports?

Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details

Try grabbing latest betas.

If your crash reports say something like "ati****.DLL" use something like this.
Catalyst Uninstall Utility (seems to be removed from AMD's site now)

This is crazy but people have reported putting a frame limiter on sometimes solves crashes (mostly it's been related to D3D crashes)

Open Notepad.
Copy and Paste this:

GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60

Save it as "user.cfg"

You cannot have user.cfg.txt
enable "View Extentions of Known File Types" from Folder Options in Control Panel

Put it in your PvZ directory

this may be a shot in the dark but did you try turning off the origin overlay? cause that was causing all my errorless crashes.
