Constantly disconnecting plants vs zombie BFN

Please fix your Plants vs Zombies battle for neighborville spent good money on this to only constantly get disconnected with my brother and its not on our end please do something about your servers its killing the game If anyone has any tips other then the ones that suggest its on my end please let me know this is so bad directly connected with cox high speed internet it makes no sense

    Hey @SoHeroic it sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

    Let me know how you get on and if you want to share your UO Trace then I'm happy to take a look at how your data is being routed.

    Doesn't work right. Every time i go to like Town Center i keep on getting disconnected everytime trying to load. It's yet another cash grab maybe.

    Doesn’t work at all. Constantly disconnects and no problem with my internet connection. Waste of money really. This issue needs resolving. Only have this issue with plants vs zombies games

    Hey @lils2004_550 did you try the steps that I shared above?

    If you have a UO Trace then I can take a look at it for any issues.

    @SoHeroic i am having the same problem and am yet to have found a solution, i looked at what the EA staff linked to but most of that is very general information that either supposes its your own fault or its cause you don't have an EA play subscription, which i find odd since i already payed for the game and at times it works fine... all i can say is that you may want to play GW2 instead or just not spend money on any game that's attached to EA as the quality of this publisher has been like this since the 2010s.

    @SoHeroic second reply cuz this may help, if you get the chance, in the lobby, switch your preference on the globe from ai (the deafult for some reason) to public multiplayer.
