We don't have a direct contact to the developers. If it's a support issue you can speak with our game advisers via help.ea.com.

@ Jeremy, now I see why not to talk about business opportunities out in public... (always a joke)
Anywho, I eventually got into contact with EA over the phone and they referred me to the official Pop Cap developers phone number, which was (206) 328-0300, which didn't work.

I usually don't click links from people over the inter; care to summarize the article?
I think that's somewhat of an issue in that there is a lack of communication between fans and developer, which leads to some rather unfortunate incidents regarding balancing. Developers don't really communicate their reasoning, and don't really understand the suggestions of the fans. I mean I can understand that they would want to avoid harassment, but it would allow for a lot less trouble overall if it were implemented correctly, like I would PAY for a one hour discussion with one of the main developers on balancing, just to get some insight on what the devs think and to communicate the fan opinion more thoroughly.

no, not really
Well then I guess it's going to have to remain a mystery, Jeremy.
