Control decks do not have an specific win condition.
Your win condition when you are playing a control deck is to outvalue your opponent. In other words, make your opponent invest two or more cards to kill one of yours. (For example, Pear Cub and Banana Split).
That is how you win. You stall the game up to the point where they run out of cards, and whatever you have in the board slowly kills him.
If you do not understand this, you will continue losing.
