Cross Platform Between Xbox 360 and Xbox One?

I want to know if players of Xbox 360 and Xbox One cant play in multiplayer mode. I guess between other consoles ir more complicated, but of the same manufacturer maybe yes? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately no, there is no cross platform play.
