cross-platform/1 account multiple games, pvz bfn

Hi, so, I was wondering if I can use the same account for "battel for neighborville" for multiple versions of the game?
[example: Nintendo switch and pc]

I was thinking of getting the game and I wanted to know before I get the game for ether version, everywhere I look people say no cross-progression and I'm only worried about using the same account for multiple versions of the game, and an answer would really help
