@Flicclol Hello, some previous reports that experienced this issue found that plugging in a controller was a temporary fix to this would temporarily fix this issue. If you have one lying around, can you see if this helps? As for a permanent fix, we are looking to track down what is causing this issue. Have you ever had a controller connected to your PC and if so, what kind of controller you were using?
@Flicclol Can you try a few things:
- Plug in your game cube adapter with a controller and see if that does anything for you
- Open your menu and go to Settings > Controls > Keybindings. From there, try messing around with the controls for Look Down and Look Up, and see if that fixes anything for you. If you remove all the keybind inputs for Look Down / Look Up - Keyboard, Mouse, and Gamepad (hold escape, don't replace with anything) does your camera still go all the way up constantly? Then try restoring those keybinds individually and see if anything works.
@anpangcontractorSo I was trying to get rid of the look up and down inputs but it wouldn't let me. Any thoughts? Also when I tried to get rid of them and i went back with only the controller for look options it would turn right continuously I think it has something to do with a controller.
@Flicclol It sounds like the ideal solution for you would be to find some way to clear your controller look inputs. It should be as simple as clicking the input you want to change and then holding esc for roughly 3-5 seconds. Does unplugging the controller allow you to remove the keybind? Are you able to remove other inputs such as jump? Alternatively, are you able to replace the look direction gamepad inputs with another button such as A, and if so does it have any effect?
