And when you boot the game you get "unable to connect to EA servers"?
connecting stays between 4 and 8 minutes with sunflower icon turning and end says you have lost the connection with ea servers you can not get any feature would think that I'm banned but have not made any cheating or something like that
I have versions xbox one xbox 360 xbox only in xbox one have problemsI would think if you actually were banned it would have affected your Xbox 360 account aswell, since they'd be the same error message.
Generally when I encounter very long connecting to EA server times I power cycle and that fixes it, but since you've already done that not sure what else you can do.
Power Cycle:
- Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
- Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
Note: If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
Could also try reseting your router.
