I would think if you actually were banned it would have affected your Xbox 360 account aswell, since they'd be the same error message.
Generally when I encounter very long connecting to EA server times I power cycle and that fixes it, but since you've already done that not sure what else you can do.
Power Cycle:
- Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
- Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
Note: If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
Could also try reseting your router.
i tried but not worked maybe i need to surrender on this and play only on xbox 360 but thanks a lot man i give to you xp fot the try
