Deck under 40 cards
Is it possible for developer to include the rules so we have deck under 40 cards? if not, why? because i've seen some ccg do have deck min and max limit amount of cards, not just max limit. Thank you...

I don't think this is abbout the possibility of this, I am sure it is possible for the developers to change that. The thing, in this case, is that the rules state that the players have to use 40 cards decks. This is like if you were asking to play football matches with 5 players or Hearthstone games with more than 30 cards. In this case, the game states that you have to have a deck of 40 cards ^^
It boils down to probability. If you only run with 30 cards, you have a better chance of getting the cards you need earlier... When you looks at the disparity between ranks and cards people have already, this could give stacked players a huge advantage.
Basically, it's about keeping the game fair (well, as fair as possible) and fun
