HD3000 just does not have the muscle to play this game. Neither does an HD4000 even.
Put everything to the lowest possible setting.
Put your resolution to 1366x768 or even lower.
It just isn't going to play at any reasonable level. Sorry man.
I wouldn't recommend playing this game with anything lower than a lower-mid tier dedicated GPU.
Intel Graphics are on the CPU, they are not dedicated GPUs. They are what we call integrated.

You probably shouldn't try to buy almost any game with that computer quite honestly :/ you can possibly play very low end pixel-style games like prison architect or a 2D platformer, but I wouldn't waste any money on a game until you know FOR SURE your computer can play it.
