@werun_DE yes probably, do you have the game without the origin access on your account ? if no, i'm afraid after your month is over and you don't continue your membership the game would be revoked, but your progress should be saved anyway, but if you have the game e.g. purchased the Deluxe Edition, you'll be fine.. that's what i know, maybe i'm wrong, but i think if you don't continue the origin access membership which is monthly subscription, all the games going to be not playable till you resume your membership

Like what @spIash_damage said, if your Origin Access membership expires you won't lose your progress. Once you sign back up or purchase the game outright your progress will be right there where you left off. 👍
