Deluxe upgrade not working.

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I purchased the deluxe upgrade a couple of days ago, but the content is not appearing in Rux's shop. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the upgrade and the entire game. ...

@EA_David I redownloaded the game and the content was received finally. Not sure if EA had something go do with it...but I finally got it! Thanks

Hey, sorry for the slow response. Yes an update rolled out last week to address the issue, so it should be fixed now.

    Hey so I recently bought the Deluxe Edition as the full game from the sale going on I'm assuming for the holidays, and I've tried everything to gain access to the DLC content and nothing seems to work. The base game works fine if a little glitchy (my wifi is to blame I'm sure). 

    If anyone can get back to me with what I should do or if you need more information I'm free most of the time.
