I really do think it is unlikely that community challenges would return at this point. I do hope the achievements and trophies can be altered or changed so they can still be completed.

@TheSprinter85 I remember a few months ago when they added capture the taco and I thought maybe they would do,at least something on Halloween. But no even in october when it's mlst appropriate we get variant vs variant with super speed events over spooky squash. Now tons of players will never get the rewards for beating them and it's sad. Popcaps then is definetly not the popcap we had past 2019. Modders are literally doing a better job for gw2 and it's just sad how they can do what a company full of developers can't or won't.

  @stukapooka True, the Capture The Taco event started to give me high hopes that we would continue to get special mystery portal events again, not just the regular and generally the speed boosted ones. I suppose bringing the Capture The Taco event back did not really mean anything in regards to future events, it was just a "one-of" event.

    @TheSprinter85It's sad to see honestly as it hurts to think that there are still new players constantly joining gw2 who will never be able to 100% the game now and don't even know that it has more content for them to explore.
    I omly ever got all the brothers gnomus hats so i held hope that maybe more unique modes would return after capture the taco but sadly I just keep being disappointed, even when I was angry at braindead teammates I was still involved and could help them learn the mode and have then spread the knowledge shared.
    
    Sad to think that one day the servers for gw2 will completely shut down one day and I won't ever be able to play it again and even if i could with juat bots there's so much content missing unless modded.
    
    God, I hate seeing how much this series has fallen.
